An Oregon-based consulting and training company founded in 1989, Inclusivity Consulting Group, Inc. works primarily in North America with business, education, government, and the human service profession offering custom designed programs and consulting services in workplace inclusion and culture change, diversity awareness, team development and visionary leadership.

Inclusivity's mission is to develop and enhance an organization's ability to recognize and cultivate people as it's most valuable resource. We seek long term partnerships with our clients to assist them in the continual process of creating inclusive work environments where each person's unique skills and abilities can contribute to the organization's goals.

We work world wide, with groups as small as five or as large as 300. Client groups include executive and management teams, operating units, large sales groups, even entire organizations or divisions. Our work settings range from hotel conference centers to corporate offices to remote wilderness areas. Whether our clients choose a one hour meeting, a half-day training session, a six-day retreat, a multi-year intervention/ change initiative or a continuing retainer consultative relationship, we design a plan to address their needs.

Each Inclusivity program is individually designed to directly address client needs. Inclusivity's training style actively engages clients in programs that are invigorating, fully participatory, challenging, and empowering. Inclusivity creates trusting and safe learning environments where participants learn to develop and use skills that enable them to create or further enhance productive, inclusive and enriching organizational environments. Our training and consulting services cover a wide spectrum of management issues, including interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills, workplace problem-solving, and leadership roles within an increasingly diverse work force. Process-centered, experiential methodology is the foundation of our approach. For organizational change to take place, we believe people must learn with all of their senses----mind, body, and spirit. We create a stimulating environment of energy and ideas where the group's collective abilities far outweigh the contributions of each individual. Our programs involve a variety of learning media, including real life strategizing, cooperative exercises, interactive simulations, discussion, and reflection. We may also use challenge course elements and outdoor-based adventure activities.
