Inclusivity has worked in various capacities with CH2M HILL since 1991.
Our current project involves a long term culture change initiative focused
around creating a more inclusive work environment for 700 employees of the
Northwest Region. Inclusivity has been working for the two years with the
top 40 managers in the region to assist them in understanding and deepening
there own personal work around issues of differences as well as developing
a Diversity and Inclusion plan for the region.
"Inclusivity is unique because they push the boundaries of experiential
training beyond what others are capable of and comfortable with. We learned how to work together, set a vision and translate that vision,
and, perhaps most importantly, how to articulate what we felt in our hearts
and heads."
-Mike Kennedy, Senior Vice
President

The American Leadership Forum
of Oregon has worked in partnership with Inclusivity since 1991. Each
August we conduct a six day community building experience to launch their
yearlong program designed to bring together people representing business,
public, and private sectors of Oregon to develop the relationships and leadership
skills required to guide the State.
"It's a real privilege to work with everyone at Inclusivity.
They would add value to any program. They're good coaches, there to help
with learning, to observe, and to be in the right place at the right time."
-Mary Ann Buchanan, Former Executive
Director

Our relationship with Tri-Met started in October 1994 and initially involved
a 3 year intervention with the agency's leadership team. Subsequently we
worked with the Westside Light Rail Management Team to strengthen their
working relationships, including delivering a two day team development retreat
and follow-up sessions that lasted three years. We additionally were involved
with a number of projects that sought to increase communication between
contractors and subcontractors involved with the construction of the Westside
light rail line. One such event involved facilitating a two day meeting
with Tri- Met and Frontier Traylor tunnel construction contractors around
strengthening their partnering process.
"Working with Inclusivity was a memorable experience. As we all
go forward in our work, we'll go back to those moments when we overcame
a challenge together."
-Tuck Wilson, Executive Director
of West Side Light Rail Project
