Bill Proudman

Bill Proudman is the founder and President of Inclusivity. He is a nationally known consultant, trainer and program designer with over 20 years experience in various forms of experiential training and development. Bill is a past President of the Association for Experiential Education (AEE), an international professional organization with over 2500 organization and individual members. AEE is the leading professional organization for trainers and consultants who use adventure-based experiential learning techniques. Bill has served on AEE's Board of Directors for over 10 years and is a recognized workshop and seminar leader. Bill has dedicated most of his professional life to working with organizations on issues of team building, diversity and leadership.

His early career was in the outdoor adventure arena, having worked for Outward Bound and other programs. During the 1980's he was Executive Director of an adaptive Outward Bound program at Bloomsburg State University in Pennsylvania where he developed leadership training programs and other personal growth experiences for students, faculty and the local community. From 1988-1991, he was Director of Experiential Education at the Oregon Episcopal School in Portland. Bill also worked with faculty and administration on organizational change issues and creating more student centered learning environments in the classroom. Bill founded Inclusivity in 1991 to pursue his passion and interest in working with people to make lasting change in their personal lives and professional settings.

He has worked with a variety of corporations and organizations throughout the United States, with a base of Portland area clients including Portland Gas and Electric, CH2M Hill, Tri-Met, Pacific Gas Transmission, and the American Leadership Forum of Oregon.

Zeke Zeliff

Zeke Zeliff joins Inclusivity as a co-owner and Vice President/ Chief Operating Officer. Zeke has a long and distinguished career in experiential learning having served in a variety of capacities for Outward Bound for the past 23 years. Zeke has most recently been the Director of Marketing at Pacific Crest Outward Bound School. He has also served as the School's Acting Director and Director of Professional Development Programs. During the early 90's , Zeke was the founding Director of the Atlanta Outward Bond Center for the North Carolina Outward Bound School. Zeke is currently the Secretary of the AEE Board of Directors.

Zeke is also a Past President of AEE having served AEE extensively as an elected board member and officer for more than 12 years and organized International Conferences for over 1,500 participants. Zeke enjoys working with clients to identify outcomes and designing and delivering programs to achieve these goals. He has worked with a variety of corporations including The Home Depot, NIKE, the Young President's Organization, TCI Cablevision, and MCI. Zeke regularly designs and delivers programs for The Executive Program of the Darden School at the University of Virginia and for the Executive MBA Program of the University of Oregon. Zeke received his MBA from Emory University and brings a keen business intellect as well as years of program design, delivery and marketing experience to Inclusivity.
